Void MarriageÂ
All those marriage which are unlawful in itself is void marriage.
For exampleeon the basis of a blood relation consequanity. Marriage is ban forever.
On the basis of affinity (relation establish through marriage)
On the basis of fostriage (milk).
Sunni law has prohibited only the step mother and stepsister.
but according to Shaya law fosterage is treated just like the consequanity (blood relation).
If someone do so then they should be furnished by the court of Islamic state.
Muta Marriage
It is prevalent common in Shaya law. The Sunni does not consider muta marriage as lawfull marriage.
Muta marriage is for a specific period of time. After the completion of that specific time the marriage converts to void/irregular/dissolved.
And the time of Muta marriage can be increase and can be established converted to regular marriage by extending the time to infinity.
→ Muta marriage does not create mutual rights of inheritance.
→ In The Muta marriage the time period for iddat is 2 months.
→ The children will be consider as legitimate.
→ If a child is born in the extended period will also be consider as legitimate.
→ In muta marriage there is no divorce is required but the separate directly.
If a wife of a muta marriage want to separate from her husband then she should request and offer her dower as compensatory amount to be released by her husband. and the husband can Gift the whole dower to his wife and can separate
Prompt dower:-
The demanding dower bythe wife.
2. Deferred :-
That dower which will be payable by the happening of an event (i d event: if her husband dies
or if her husband gives her divorce
Maintenance by the husband
It is the duty of husband to provide food shilter and cloth according to his ability. but if the husband is died then the wife can not demand from his legal heir. in case of divorce, the husband should have to provide food shilter and cloths according to his ability.
Dower : it is the sum of amount of money or other sort of property fixed on the occasion of marriage and this consideration of money or property is made in term of respect to which the wife is entitled to receive in the contract of marriage.
The term dower is very much different from other business laws. Here the term consideration reflects the meaning of respect. Moreover according to the Islamic sharia dower is an essential & important for the validity of perfect marriage

According to Sunni Shariya the legal minimum amount of dower is 10 Dirhams whereas there is no limit on the maximum amount.
According to Shia law there is no minimum or maximum limit of dower.
Dower is the property of wife and its possession should be with the wife.
Prophet (S.A.W) has paid the amount of 500 dirhams as the dower to every wife but except the Umi Habiba to which 4000 Dirhams were paid as dower.
Specified dower It is that kind of dower the quantum of which has been determined before or at the time of dower.
the time of marriage.
 proper dower  When such amount of dower is not been specified before or at the time of marriage.
Then we should have to look at the dower of their relatives. or to look at the ability and social status of women.
Prompt dower The demanding dower by the wife is prompt dower. If the wife demands of prompt dower and the husband is not paying that then it is a good side in front of the court.
Differed dower
The payment of which is held in obeyance till the happening of an event, that event can be death of the husband or any other case\ event.
