I always have told my colleagues that state is an entity which no one have ever seen or experienced, events are done, people get killed, law and order is designed, conditions are made good or bad and at the end no one knows,who did it and how did they carry it out?
As spirits, devils and unseen entities are presumed that the tasks or events are being carried out by them but no one has ever witnessed them practically; same is the state.
I have told many times that state even hear the feet steps of an ant, it is aware of all the activities being carried out at different places and at the same time.
This is how the power of a state is determined, when it can know about one’s place and its activities all the time. State fix the mind of its citizens even they are completely unaware that the syllabus they are being taught at school, colleges, madrssas or universities are thus being designed according to the need of the state: like inculcating patriotism or other superstitious or real things.
Teachers teach them without knowing the logic behind what a state has already intended and learners are also kept in darkness about this strategy.
Once, I read a lesson ‘ What goes around comes around’ in a primary level school, the lesson was about a person’s doings: if someone does a good thing,he will get a reward and if commits a wrong ,he’ll punished. Have we ever thought that such kind of superstitions are being taught in our institutions which even have no proximity with the reality. Reality has no concern with such rumors but inculcating such wrong and discerned things to students mold their minds in that direction, who will later do stupid things in this perspective. If someone does good or bad, who guarantees that they will get the respective consequences?
Onwards, 1980s, state wanted tribal people to become radicals in order to carry out its external needs; to fight for US in Afghanistan, thus state structured a syllabus which was taught to them and they bacame the way as the state wanted. Policies are being framed according to the national interest but common public is unaware. In 1947, India was declared as Pakistan foe at any national or international level,why? The answer to this question is, Pakistan held different ethnicities: Pashton, Punjabni, Sindhu, Balochi and Gilgiti- in order to create a harmony and integration in them was the need of time, this was only possible if Pakistan declares a foreign enemy, in response, Pakistan would get a patriotic wave, people with hold a single rope of Pakistani patriotism. In next few years; 20 years, Pakisran would strengthen its palms with India in an intimate way. This is how state works,but citizens are fools for a state.
State can create nationalistic wave if it needs, it can create a destructive situation if it requires, it know all the happenings. What’s now going on in tribal areas is state’s policy, of creating a nationalistic wave, which has a thought behind: may be mitigating the power of a party and conferring power to another one.
State knows the consequences of decisions before the policies are framed.
