
Veteran television presenter Urooj Fatima has reportedly died due to dengue fever, various Social media sources report.
Urooj Fatima, who had years of experience in Pakistan’s media industry and recently worked with a private news channel, died. Colleagues and the general audience were devastated by her unexpected and early demise and described her as a greatly talented journalist with an affable nature and an overall commitment to her work.
Friends, within the media profession, celebrated her life over social media as a huge loss to the media fraternity.

Health officials in Lahore have once again reminded residents to take precautions against dengue fever, as the mosquito-borne illness continues to kill people across the country.
Urooj Fatima’s funeral prayers were held in her hometown and was attended by her family, colleagues, and close friends.
