Different disintegrated political systems grab contradictory procedures of electing/selecting a head of a state . Monarchy , one of the most primitive procedure of selecting a head of state , which comprises that all the rules regulations should be ran up by a single authority without any direct interruption of any civilian . Except this__ Communism , fascism and democracy are on the top.
The procedure followed by Islamic election was mainly embedded in tribalism ie heads of the tribes were responsible to vote for the rest of the tribal people as , a kind of this task was being done by Raaja Singh at the time of Pakistan’s independence spoke for Kashmir on the behalf of rest of the people which lacks the involvement of each individual ,brightly contradictory to democratization as democracy is the procedure which explicitly involves every person ere finding one’s status ,family background, economic status or earning power.
As now , tribalism has came to an end _ one can see that the aim of Islamic confined democracy and western democracy is same ie to elect a person by public opinion but the former one is confined and the later one enlightens each individual in which the opinion of each is highly valued in electing head of a state . Contemporarily ,some Islamists think western democracy is best,even, for achieving their due ends( Islamization) . Every Islamic state runs its political system by democracy except Afghanistan after their takeover in Aug 2021 ,which is still not recognized by many states.
One of the renowned Islamist Dr Israr Ahmad believes in , what is the real procedure of electing a head of the state for any Islamic state ,,, who is well-stuck about the old way of election for any Islamic state.
Now , I think there are three issues in Islam which contradict western democracyÂ
1)_ Majority is Authority __ As far as I think there is concept found to authorize a person by majority as Islam emphasizes over one’s characters and abilities .
2)_ Changing rules for the changing needs amd unchanging rules for the unchanging needs___ where do there come a change in a preprepared procedure of election ? Should we change in the rules when it is needed? Political system is already being democratized and schooling is too co-educated etc etc . Where would I be able to see the real roots of Islam then by changing rules when it is needed ?
3)__ Territorialization __ Ultimately , territorialization is the factor which has confined Islam to a territory by nation’s state . How could it be possible for a person to choose a person/ leader who is out of his territory?Â
